Ms Carole ANDREPerfumer, Cosmetics Formulator and InstructorCarole Andre earned her degree in organic chemistry and is also a graduate of ISIPCA (France’s Institut Supérieur International of Perfume, Cosmetics and Food Aromatics) with a specialization in Perfumery. As a cosmetics instructor, she created Iris Consulting, her training and services company, in November 2004. For the past 5 years, she has divided her time between the various schools and universities where she teaches formulation and olfaction as well as creativity and sensory analysis, and her professional clientel who wish to develop new product lines or who need to acquire the framework for the industry’s regulations. |

Mr Georges BACONHairstylistTitleholder of Professional Patents and Licenses following his completion of higher education in Paris, he became the 1980 World Hairstyling Champion in Rotterdam. He has founded several hair salons, one of which is in the prestigious district of the Paris Etoile, traversed by famous heads, from Gregory Peck to Nathalie Delon. During his twelve years as artistic ambassador of a large French multinational cosmetics concern, he also participated in the development of a line of capillary products. Sequentially, he created a new concept for salons termed Coiffure et Nature (Hairstyle & Nature), wherein an ambience which calls to mind the countryside is blended with a philosophy which focuses essentially on the plant world. As a natural follow-through, Georges Bacon has further heralded this concept by opening, always in Paris, Coiffure and Nature - L' Institute, an exceptional site which is devoted entirely to beauty and well-being. |

Doctor Sylvain-Romain COTTEDoctor in Pharmaceutics, CosmetologistDoctor in Pharmaceutics and holder of a diploma of higher learning with a specialization in Cosmetology as well he holds a University Certificate of Toxicology and Public Health Safety of Cosmetic Products. After having worked with some of the largest firms in the sector and within the Commission of European Communities, he is today legal expert to the Paris Appeals Court and in 2007, he created SRC Consulting, whereby he functions as Consultant and Expert in cosmetics, perfumery and health. He also intervenes in the management, expertise and European and international technico-legal sectors, along with audits of correct practices in cosmetics manufacturing. He equally ensues the missions of teaching and formation within faculties of pharmacy, cosmetology schools and professional associations. |

Doctor Marie-Pierre HILL-SYLVESTREDermatologistFormer intern of Lyon Hospital, former senior registrar, member of the French Cosmetology Company, she has practiced dermatology independently since 1993. Now residing in Nice, her practice allows her to orient her patients with “problem skin” towards those products which are the best suited to them. Mr Jean-Claude LE JOLIFFBiologist, Management of innovation, ProfessorA biologist by training, Jean-Claude Le Joliff has been the Manager of the R&D Department, then, of the Research and Innovation Department, of a large French cosmetics and luxury brand. Since 15 years, he is dedicated to the management of innovation. A student of Marc Giget in the French renowned CNAM engineering school, he establishes his own structure in the beginning of the 2000 decade, Inn2C (Innovation and Concepts in Cosmetology), to help companies in putting in place innovation strategies, especially in the cosmetic R&D, and in the consumer products area. Further, he is an associate professor in the Versailles Saint Quentin University (UVSQ), and a lecturer of several speciliased courses: The International High Institute of Perfumery, Cosmetic and Food Fragrance, ISIPCA, in the UVSQ; The Institute of Industrial Pharmacy Claude Bernard, in Lyon; Paris-Sud Chatenay-Malabry and Bretagne Sud Universities. |

Ms Marie-France NACHTRABEstheticianFormed in esthetics in Germany where she obtained her diploma, there she worked for 2 years before returning to France. She then opened her own institute in Paris, Peausitive (a wordplay on the French for skin and positive), which she has continued to direct since 1993. She leads a team of estheticians in a spirit of positve and holistic beauty at the service of the skin and the well-being of her clients. She constantly keeps up with the latest efforts on the skin and its needs, notably by means of her formation as a keratopractician, which she began one year ago. |

Ms Françoise NIELLOUDPharmacist & CosmetologistA pharmacist who holds a Master of Industrial Pharmacy and a Ph.D. from the University of Montpellier I (Chemistry Biology Interface), a lecturer at the Laboratory of Industrial Pharmaceutical Technique, Faculty of Pharmacy (University of Montpellier I), she has been in charge of training in cosmetic formulation students in Pro PAC Licence and Health Engineering Master in Montpellier until June 2011. Her research activities include pre-formulation, formulation and evaluation of dispersed systems (emulsions, gels, microemulsions ...). Now working in a phramacy, she is also an expert for the Regional Directorate of Research and Technology (DRTT) in the French Languedoc-Roussillon and Île de France regions. |

She obtained her professional Cosmetic Esthetics license last June, and continues to further her knowledge in the care of the face and the body as her interest lies in the less superficial cosmetics, thus being a real plus to her clients. |
