Cleansing lotion or Moisturizing lotion?

Which lotion to choose for one’s baby, and what for? Labels may be dithyrambic … praising the moisturizing qualities of their cleansing lotion or the possible use of their moisturizing lotion as a lotion to cleanse Baby. These products do not fulfill the same needs; their formulations are not similar, though often quite close to each other.
