Do we wash our babies too much?

It’s customary to wash a baby from the first moments of her life from maternity. And to repeat this gesture at least daily thereafter. And what if these practises of hygiene and cleanliness were sometimes too thorough? This question, which may seem to go against everything that is generally accepted, was posed nevertheless with a few arguments during the ninth Day of Scientific and Technical Exchanges organized by Cosmed (association of the cosmetic sector), this October 9 in Montpellier.
