AIAB-ICEA


Italian stamp of approval indicating a cosmetic satisfying the requirements of the schedule of conditions "Environmentally Friendly Cosmetics", elaborated and controlled jointly by AIAB (Association Working in Favor of Organic Farming) and ICEA (Institute of Certification for Ethics and the Environment).

The posted goal of this charter is to promote the use of raw materials resulting from organic farming, to banish those with polluting, allergenic and irritating compounds or those dangerous for human health, to preserve the environment by avoiding over-packaging and manufacturing processes which generate pollution.

It includes an exhaustive list of prohibited substances, among which are PEGs, PPG and other ethoxylated compounds, nitrosant agents, silicones, animal derivatives (collagen, tallow …), some preservatives like Formaldehyde, Parabens, thiazolinones or borates, acrylic polymers, synthetic capillary dyes, synthetic derivatives of aluminium …

Respect of the charter is ensured by the organization of certification ICEA, which allots the seal.
