The French Professional association of small and medium-sized companies in the cosmetics sector.
COSMED is an association of more than 630 companies in the cosmetic products sector, 80% of which are small- or medium-sized (PME/PMI in French).
It s recognized as a major actor within the sector; its mission is to help for the development of PME/PMI of the cosmetics sector, to push and defend their interests, pooling resources, giving information and sharing training centres.
Regularly it sets up scientific meetings on a specific topic and on regulation; it runs common-interest actions (how to use the Good Practice of Manufacture; waste management...) and working groups; members could use the regulatory oversight service.
